Q: Are your products safe to use?

A: Of Course! All of our products are handmade with 100% natural ingredients and is FDA approved.

Q: Do your ingredients contains nuts/allergens?

A: Yes, some of our products have nut ingredients. Please do not continue to use if allergic reaction occurs.

Shipping & Delivery 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: We ship to Canada and the U.S. currently. Worldwide coming soon!

Q: My package got lost/stolen. What should I do?

A: Within 3 days of your package delivery date, contact us by email so that we can figure out the best alternative for you. After the 3 days has past, contact USPS.

Q: I ordered my items, but I don't want them anymore. Can I get a refund?

A: No, sorry but we only do refunds if your items were delivered broken (with proof) or lost/stolen within 3 days of contacting us after your package delivery date. Other than that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: Do you do returns?

A: No we do not.
